Sandy's Jalapeno Dip

This recipe is great for appetizer--- but watch out it can be fiery. It came from Sandy my mother-in-laws neighbor. It is so good and it disappears quickly!

Sandy's Jalapeno Dip

6 large sausages
1 jar of Ragu tomatoe sauce
3-6 jalapeno peppers chopped (use gloves)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Take meat out of casings and fry it up. When the meat is almost cooked add chopped jalapeno to saute.

Add Ragu sauce until thickened.

Pour mixture into 8 x8 casserole dish and spread the cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips.
