Happy Friday!

It was a slow week around Casa Frugal Mom as I recovered from last weekend's virus, although I did get around to canning 9 jars of sauce.

You know when you are mindlessly clicking and clicking through blogs and then you come accross something superb! Well that's what happened when in Bloggly land I came accross this DYI. I can't believe I never thought of this.  My little almost 10 yr old Fashionista would love this!

Can you believe it's the end of the week already?

Thanks for all your lovely comments on my Backyard Oasis.  Can you tell how excited I am about it?  There's still so much to show you, but there was only so many before/after pictures I could add before I bored lost you. Stay tuned next week for more.

It was another crazy week around here.

Started off with little A's 4 birthday party on Sunday, his actual birthday on Monday, H.s surgery on Tuesday and then we had friends visiting from out of town on Wednesday.  Busy, busy, busy!

Bloggy Friends Weekly Roundup

So I know I promised a backyard Oasis post this week, but no luck.  IT'S STILL NOT DONE! (yes I'm shouting).  The brick work is mostly done, the sodding is almost done, the fencing is almost done... but my list of things that still need to be done is longer than the done things.  uuuuggggghhhh  oh yeah and my driveway is still looking like Sanford and Son's garage.  Did I mention I was hoping to have garage sale this weekend? AND... it's little A's 4 birthday party?  I may have to cancel the garage sale but I can't cancel the party!  The invitations are out, menu planned, and cake ordered!  The party must go on!

Okley dokley enough complaining.
